BCS offer a static guard service operating to the same high standards as our door supervision service. All our staff receive training under the supervision of Steven Gibbs, which is tailored to clients requirements.

Regular site visits and liaison with clients ensure that high standards are maintained. A key-holding service is also available in conjunction with this service.

Conflict Management Training

Both Pavilion and BCS offer one-day conflict management courses. The course aims to equip staff in service industries with the knowledge to identify, and the confidence to deal with, conflict situations and diffuse the situation before they escalate.

We currently supply this service to M&B for the ‘All Bar One’ chain; to the Fullers ‘Fine Line’ chain and public house operators McMullens receiving very favourable comments from the staff whom have attended.
